These outdoor fitness classes are created to give you a dynamic total body workout using your own body weight and various pieces of portable equipment like TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more!

Circuits, conditioning movements, games and intervals are incorporated to keep your heart rate up and your body moving.

Every fitness level is welcome!  Modifications are always made available to ensure that everyone goes home sweaty, smiling and strong!

Location:

Boot camp classes take place in Douglas Glen Park.

Corner of Douglas Glen Blvd & Douglas Glen Gate SE, Calgary.

You can find us in the NW corner of the hockey rink.

Parking is free!

 

What to bring to each class:

A yoga mat or a towel (to lay on) and enough water for the elements!¬† If it’s raining or cool, please dress appropriately.

 

Weather Policy:

Classes will always run except for nights that rain is heavy.  Please check back here for updates.

Make up classes will be scheduled to ensure that your passes get used up (or transfer your balance until next summer)!
